My least favorite part of road trips is travel day dining. Sit-down restaurants are slow. Fast food… do I need to explain that? We try to pack a meal for the road, saving time and money. Picnic foods taste good too. When we aren’t organized enough for that, we still have to eat somewhere. And now… I’m saved! The new Chick-fil-A app
is here. YIPPEE!
But wait, Chick-fil-A is fast food. True… but it’s fast food that tastes good!
Why I like the Chick-fil-A app
The Chick-fil-A app is easy to navigate and offers useful information:
- Find a Restaurant loads quickly and provides everything I need to know in one place. At a glance, I know how which nearby Chick-fil-A restaurants have drive through, accept credit cards, offer free wifi and/or have a children’s play area. I can easily choose the location that best meets my needs.
- Menu & Nutrition provides information for every item on the menu, including calories, fat, sodium and more. It’s easy to read and gives me valuable information to make the best choices when I dine on the road. Having teen boys, I can also find the foods with the most protein to keep them full a few minutes longer!
- On the Menu & Nutrition page, Chick-fil-A also offers allergen information. Select the allergens of concern to find out which foods to avoid. Since I have seafood and nut allergies, this feature is quite nice. No more guessing which foods are okay or having to ask at the register. I can reference the guide and order with confidence.
As this restaurant chain continues to spread across the country, the Chick-fil-A app will prove more helpful. Just remember, Chick-fil-A is always closed on Sundays!
Do you use the Chick-fil-A app? Do you prefer a different app? Why?
This review is 100% my opinion. I did not receive compensation from Chick-fil-A for writing this review. They don’t even know I’ve written it!
